Q: What image formats can i upload?
A: Currently we support the following image formats. EPS EPS2 EPSF GIF GIF87 ICO MIFF+ MIFF PNG SVG+ SVG TIM TIFF+ TIFF24 TIFF24+ BMP+ BMP BMP24+ BMP24 DIB EPDF FPX HPGL JBIG+ JBIG JPEG MNG+ MNG PBM+ PBM PCD PCDS PCL PCX PDF+ PDF PGM+ PGM PICT PIX PPM+ PPM PSD VID and more. So try uploading whatever image type you have because we can almost handle them all. Once you upload our system will convert it into a PNG or JPG based on the image source type.
Q: Can I upload movies?

Q: I like one of the templates and I would like to purchase it.
A: Yes, assuming that none of our other customers are using that template we would be glad to sell it.
Q: I am having a problem connecting to my email. it said something like "connection refused"
A: First check that your connection is not firewall ed and make sure your SMTP settings are set to use authentication. In outlook it's the checkbox that says "My Outgoing SMTP server requires Authentication". This is necessary because of the recent spam outbreak on the internet, and we want to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.
Q: Every time I send an email i get a message back saying "553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpt hosts (#5.7.1)"
A: This is directly because you have not set your email client to Authenticate, See above question "I am having a problem connecting to my email. it said something like "connection refused"
Q: Can I have multiple domain names on the same account?
A: Yes, you can for free have up to 3 domain names on each account a surcharge of $10.00 a month will get you another 3 domain names.
Q: Can you take my existing web site and convert it over so that I can edit it thru your site manager.
A: Yes, and in almost all situations we will gladly merge your entire site into our system, at no extra charge.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of pages I can add to my web site? or Disk space?
A: No, create as many pages as you wish.
