An Explanation:

Your "Site Name" is typically the name of your business and is the same as your username. if you are going in to the site manager with full access.

The only situation where the username is different then the site name is when you have been given limited access to a specific section of your Site Manager. This type of account is created by your Main account from the Users Module.
